Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access, and other data generated via a website.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of providing a secure, fast, and efficient online service by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and to follow our instructions with respect to this data.

Waitlist, Contact Requests & Database (via Cloudflare, Resend & Supabase)

If you join the waitlist or contact us via our website, the data you enter is processed securely via our own infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, operated by Cloudflare, Inc.).

The storage and structuring of data (PostgreSQL database) is handled by the service provider Supabase, Inc. (9705 Hwy 290, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78724, USA). Incoming system notifications and confirmations are processed via the email service provider Resend, Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA).

We have concluded corresponding Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with these service providers, which ensure compliance with European data protection standards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). The processing is based on your consent or for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b GDPR).
